As many of you know, Darril Gibson passed away in early September 2022. In late September 2022, we finalized the sale of the business to Joe Shelley, who is authoring the next Security Plus book. The SY0-701 Security Plus book is slated to be available for pre-orders the week of August 21 on Amazon.
We are approaching the point where it is time to begin winding down the company that Darril founded and led for so many years. It has been my joy and privilege to manage the business alongside his team in the Philippines over the past year. I have gained insights into my brother’s world and the impact he had on countless lives throughout the years which only garnered more respect for him.
With deep respect for all of you, I believe it’s essential for us to maintain transparency during these final months of our company’s operation.
Considering this, here is what you can anticipate:
• Effective September 1st, 2023 we will no longer be selling subscriptions to our site.
• All subscriptions purchased prior to September 1st, 2023 will have customer support until March 1, 2024. Note: there will be no updates to the site, nor renewal options and any refunds be given after September 1st, 2023.
• Also, effective September 1st, 2023 we will no longer be able to process bulk orders. Note: Unredeemed codes can be redeemed until November 1, 2023 for 120 days access or until December 31, 2023 for 60 days access. Redeemed codes after those dates will only have access to the site until March 1, 2024.
• All social media that is still running will be closed prior to September 1st.
• From September – May 2024, both the team in the Philippines and I will continue to work closely with Joe to ensure a smooth transition to the new site and material.
